After going to college for a few years decided to join the Marine Corps and see the world, having grownup in the military I guess I have always had a hard time putting down roots so after military met my wife and have continued to move around a lot. Spent about four years with two different Sheriffs departments as a corrections officer and became foster parents where we had about 130 kids in 3 1/2 years. Addopted one of our foster kids and finally finished my degree. In 1999 we moved to Phoenix Arizona and spent 6 years in the heat before returning to the northwest. My wife Melodie and I now live in Post Falls Idaho where we have a Certified Family Home where we care for adults with developmental disabilities and spend as much time as we can with our children and grandchildren.
